@glennwih, thanks for the link. Got most of the wolf and elk shots with an EF 500mm f/4.0 lens I rented and stuck on a Canon T2i. I added a 2x teleconverter in front of the lens for a very sweet 1000mm equivalent set up. It was rad. =)
I don't want them to die out, but I would like it much better if people would stop obsessing over them and let them thin out a bit.
They nearly wiped out the elk population.

Film making is not at all about finding truth. It's about telling a story. And we've got quite a whopper here.
There's a little part about not bearing false witness in the bible. If you don't know what you're talking about with regard to Ecology and Biology among other things misrepresented in this film, then you need to refrain from revealing such ignorance to the world.

The wolf issue has always had a tendency to bring out ludicrous "arguments" from both extreme sides. This film apparently just plays into more of that.
And yes, I do live "here," I have been here all along, and I do hunt. I have no problem with wolves being here, and neither do I have any problem with them also being hunted.
